Junior SW Engineer (Santander, SPAIN)
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an excellent, industry leading team for the aerospace, defence and telecommunications sectors.
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in embedded software design for radiofrequency systems and desktop applications development.
What you will bring
- A background in computer science, aeronautics, or electrical engineering (B.Sc. or higher)
- Good knowledge of Python, Java and C/C+
- Knowledge in Linux daemons, databases (SQL, NoSQL) and communication protocols (TCP, Serial)
- Skills: Good team worker, pro-active, and willing to assume new challenges
- High level of English

Junior RF Engineer (Santander, SPAIN)
Role:
You will be part of an excellent team, collaborating in the design and development of radio frequency equipment including:
- Design of radio frequency systems: simulations and generation of schematics
- Collaboration in the manufacturing, integration, adjustment, and validation phases
- Preparation of technical documentation

Antenna Engineer (Santander, SPAIN)
Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a key part in designing and developing antennas and communication systems in a variety of frequencies and applications including:
- Analysis and design of antenna systems, electromagnetic simulations and 3D modelling
- Collaboration in the manufacture, integration, tuning and validation phases in the laboratory and anechoic chamber
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Project management, including managing budgets, scheduling, design and implementation
- Leadership of consortia of R&D projects within the European framework
- Research and development of new technologies to improve existing telecommunications products as well as developing innovative, new solutions
- Involvement in the preparation of proposals
What you will bring:
- A background as a Telecommunications Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Physicist or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge in electromagnetic theory, communication systems and radiofrequency measurement techniques. Knowledge of advanced radar technology will be a great asset
- Experience in the design and development of antennas in different technologies: Microstrip, waveguide, phased arrays, horns, etc.
- Ability to use electromagnetic simulation tools: HFSS, CST, Mician, CHAMP 3D or similar

Ground Segment Deputy Project Manager (Madrid, SPAIN)
Role:
In this exciting role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager (PM) to plan, organise and manage project activities to ensure success
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines. Assist in creating work breakdown structures and assigning tasks to team members
- Identify project risks and help develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating to the PM as needed
- Work with the PM to define and implement quality control measures, ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Assist in monitoring project progress and generating reports on project status, budget and key performance indicators
- Help maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes and project artifacts
What you will bring:
- Between two and three years of experience in project management
- Experience in ESA projects and working in multidisciplinary work teams is a big plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with customers and subcontractors
- Ability to work independently with confidence and precision
- Experience in document preparation

Ground Segment System Engineer (Madrid, SPAIN)
Role:
In this exciting role, you will design and develop ground stations systems for communication, TM/TC, Earth Observation or Space Surveillance including:
- System requirement analysis
- System mission analysis
- Architectural system design
- System / subsystem specifications
- Test and validation plan definitions
- Interface with customers and subcontractors / suppliers
What you will bring:
- A background as a Telecommunications Engineer, Industrial Engineer Physicist or equivalent, with between two and three years of experience
- Knowledge in electromagnetic theory, communication systems and radiofrequency measurement techniques will be a major asset
- Theoretical and practical experience in Satellite Communications, Satellite Navigation and / or Ground Stations Engineering
- Knowledge of System Engineering methodologies with application to the Satellite / Aerospace  environment
- Ability to maintain a system-level view and understanding
- Experience in preparing documentation (specifications, architecture documents, detailed design documents, design justification files and interface control documents)
- Experience in system interface definition and system verification & validation activities
- Involvement in technical reviews with subcontractors and customers along the project life cycle
- Experience in ESA projects and working in multidisciplinary work teams is a big plus
- Knowledge and experience in software tools related to System Engineering and Requirement Management would also be a bonus
- Ability to work independently with confidence and precision

Junior Software Engineer
Due to company’s current growth we are searching for a Software Engineer. The candidate will be part of a SW team focused on the development of scientific measurement systems for ground and space applications. He will be mainly based in Santander although some stages in the Madrid area are also considered. Part of the activity will be carried out on customer sites during system testing phases. Thus, a disposition for traveling abroad is needed.
