To submit an RMA request for your product, please, download the following form and follow the instructions described on it.
Support Service will contact you and send you the RMA number shortly.
Before returning any item for repair, you must obtain an RMA number from Celestia TTI
Prior to submitting an RMA request, please note
Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box shall be subject to refusal.
Celestia TTI provides maintenance and repair services for both warranty and out-of warranty products. If the problem is not covered under the Celestia TTI warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service on a fee basis.
Non-Warranty repair service is available from Celestia TTI for a nominal charge.
